Job Description You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers and guiding successful launches to exceed expectations. As a Product Manager in Home Lending Servicing, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end‑to‑end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer, develop profitable products that provide customer value, guide product launch, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top‑tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.

Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.

Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.

Build the framework and track key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

Serve as the primary liaison for all key stakeholders—Product Owners, Technology Owners, Architects, Agility Leads, and Test Leads—by facilitating regular meetings and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across product, technology, design, data, and business teams.

Drive operational excellence by coordinating project reviews and supporting monthly business reviews and presentations to senior management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

5+ years of experience in project and/or product management, preferably within financial services or technology.

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Proven leadership in cross‑functional, agile environments.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and product lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

Experience in home lending, mortgage servicing, or middleware technology.

Familiarity with architectural review processes and technology delivery.

Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe).

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
