We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven

Business Development Representatives (BDRs) , preferably

bilingual , to help fuel our nationwide growth.

This is an

entry‑level sales role

designed to launch you into a successful, long‑term career as a full‑cycle Account Executive.

What You’ll Do

As a BDR at SuperSonic POS, you will be the first point of contact for potential merchants and play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline.

Complete

100+ daily outreach activities

(calls, texts, emails, and social touchpoints).

Conduct discovery/qualification calls to understand merchant needs.

Educate prospects on SuperSonic’s all‑in‑one POS and payment platform.

Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Maintain accurate notes and follow‑up tasks in the CRM.

Master outbound strategies to prepare for promotion into an AE role.

What You Need to Thrive

Strong ambition to become a

full‑cycle Account Executive .

A

and the discipline to hit daily targets.

Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.

High accountability

— you own your numbers and performance.

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written).

Great organization and the ability to manage a fast‑paced day.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

Previous sales or outbound calling experience.

Experience in payments, POS, or retail/hospitality.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Compensation

Total Targeted Cash:

$63,000–$100,000 (Base, commission, benefits, and eligible incentives).

This role includes

uncapped commission

and strong growth potential into an AE role.
