Cruise Planners positions franchise owners for success by providing them with innovative marketing, booking and lead-generating tools as well as professional development and hands-on training with the industry’s top executives. Job Summary

Join the Home Office Team of the largest franchise travel company in the United States, with a growing footprint in all 50 states. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales training background, travel industry knowledge, and the ability to motivate top producing franchise owners. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to strengthen relationships with Top Producing franchise owners and identify opportunities for business development, sales growth and enhanced engagement through ongoing coaching and group sessions. Support Top Producer Managers with designing, coordinating, and delivering sales training initiatives and training programs that empower new and experienced sales professionals to exceed performance goals. Provide additional support to the team to interact with more top producers and uncover business opportunities. Identify and understand Top Producing Agencies’ individual business goals and collaborate with Managers on creating customized marketing plans and setting goals. Leverage proprietary technology tools to monitor the progress of Top Producing Agencies and overall sales. Assist Managers with weekly personalized communication to ensure Top Producing Agencies are kept abreast of internal processes, exclusive offers and promotions, marketing updates and sales opportunities. Collaborates with team to ensure CP Genie is up to date and robust for the specific topic/programs in collaboration with training department. Coordinates with Managers to serve as back up for advisor coaching calls, business reviews and group sessions. Reviews, recommends and enhances process for welcoming new franchises to top producers. Participates in recognition programs and processes including but not limited to: Top Producers. Offers support and coordinates solutions with top producer Sr. Manager and Manager for situations which have escalated and need follow up and gathering of back up details. Stays current on industry trends. Infuses a positive, overall entrepreneurial spirit to the internal and external customer. Competencies

Strong sales training background. Relationship building skills and ability to uplift, empower and motivate others to achieve sales goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with problem-solving/customer service skills/marketing knowledge and listening skills. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task in a team environment. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Analytical skills necessary for interpreting data and setting goals relevant to the data. Project management and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of social media and email programs (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Outlook). Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of previous travel industry experience. Travel advisor/industry product knowledge. Ability to attend occasional CP events as needed, outside of Home Office. Occasional Travel as needed. Occasionally work outside normal business hours and a regular schedule.
