What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Act as the strategic technology partner for GTM stakeholders across various departments
Lead end-to-end GTM solution design and delivery, translating complex requirements into functional specifications
Optimize GTM processes and system architecture by conducting assessments and recommending improvements
Configure and enhance Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
Collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools to enable a cohesive operating model
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis within a technology or SaaS environment
Deep understanding of GTM business processes, including lead and opportunity management
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Global collaboration experience, including comfort with distributed teams and asynchronous communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant
Experience in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment with rapidly evolving GTM motions
Prior experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role within Business Applications or RevOps teams
