What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Identify business needs and collaborate with customers and IT team members to develop innovative solutions - Prepare and revise functional specifications; provide analysis for systems design or redesign projects - Document system processes, configurations, and changes - Facilitate communication among diverse groups at all levels of the organization - Serve as a resource and mentor for team members while managing multiple projects and assignments concurrently

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and two years of experience in systems analysis, or an Associate’s degree with five years of experience in systems analysis - Experience translating business needs into formal requirements and creating functional and technical documentation - Two years of experience doing functional design and requirements in Salesforce, including Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning capabilities and ability to create reports in Salesforce - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Certificates from recognized programs indicating mastery of tools and techniques relevant to the assignment - Experience with relational databases and complex data structures, including basic SQL query creation - Knowledge of end-user data manipulation tools and report creation tools - Ability to facilitate internal end-user training and User Acceptance Testing sessions - Experience triaging bug and enhancement tickets and diagnosing system problems
