Business Analyst, QA, Salesforce Development Job Title:

Business Analyst + Salesforce Developer

Location:

110 William Street, Downtown NYC (Hybrid – Onsite at least 3 days per week)

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours/week, includes 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Pay Rate:

$50 to $55 per hour

Scope of Work Business Analysis & Requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs.

Define data models, workflows, and reporting requirements.

Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Develop backend logic using Apex classes and triggers.

Build responsive UIs with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) or Aura Components.

Create mobile functionality via Salesforce Mobile Publisher.

Implement security controls (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

Configure real-time notifications with Push Topics, Platform Events, or Streaming API.

Build dashboards and reporting tools for supervisors.

Develop integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop and execute test cases (functional, usability, performance, security).

Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support.

Track and resolve defects to ensure code reliability and adherence to ACS standards.

Project Coordination

Track project progress and identify risks/roadblocks.

Facilitate project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.

Manage scope, change requests, and adherence to agile practices.

Coordinate project resources and ensure timely delivery.

Support post-deployment monitoring, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWCs, Aura Components).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, SOQL, SOSL, and security best practices.

Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.

Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and unit testing skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Agile/Scrum project experience preferred.

Compensation:

$55.00 per hour
