Kaseya As a Business Development Representative (BDR) in our Professional Services division, you’ll be the frontline engine driving new business. You’ll engage existing accounts and new prospects to promote our certification programs and consulting packages. This is a high-volume outbound role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about sales and customer success.
What You’ll Do
Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospects and existing clients.
Sell certification and consulting packages tailored to client needs.
Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Support post-event engagement and webinar attendance follow-ups.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or outbound calling.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with KPIs, quotas, and high-volume outreach.
Interest in professional development and long-term growth in tech sales.
