Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven
Account Manager
focused on expanding existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
Account Expansion:
Engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using Kaseya’s full suite of products.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with Kaseya’s solutions.
Strategic Sales Execution:
Develop tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and reviews.
Manage Adoption Metrics:
Monitor customer usage, address challenges proactively, and follow sales processes to promote expansion.
Revenue Growth:
Own your sales targets, exceed quotas, and contribute to revenue strategies.
Collaboration:
Work with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
CRM Management:
Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts, ensuring all interactions are logged.
Minimum Requirements
1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Motivated, coachable, and competitive with resilience.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting.
