The mission of the Account Executive is to grow new title and escrow relationships by building trust with real estate professionals and developing a consistent, high-quality pipeline. This role focuses on creating new business through proactive outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and disciplined execution, supported by coaching, structure, and clear expectations. New Business Development
Build relationships with new real estate agents and partners. Initiate outreach through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions. Identify opportunities to add value and support clients’ businesses.
Prospecting & Pipeline Management
Maintain an organized pipeline using internal tools and frameworks. Qualify prospects thoughtfully and progress conversations over time. Balance relationship-building with proactive business development.
Execution & Ownership
Manage activity and pipeline with accuracy and consistency. Follow established outreach and follow-up processes. Take ownership of personal performance and improvement.
Coaching & Development
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings. Apply feedback to improve communication and effectiveness. Continue developing sales skills, market knowledge, and professionalism.
Work Schedule & Environment
Standard schedule: Monday–Friday during business hours. Occasional flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, or weekend activities such as open houses or networking events. This role may involve a combination of inside outreach and in-market relationship building, depending on territory and experience.
