Business Development Representative
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite) | Full-Time | Onsite
Salary: $45k base during training, then $50k on day 91; commission eligibility from Day 1
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads with companies that have shipping needs
Build and maintain client relationships
Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve supply chain challenges
Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
1+ years in sales, service or logistics OR a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Experience with CRM tools and freight/logistics is a plus
