Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Oversee the timely and effective repair of production equipment and facility infrastructure.
Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends and optimize performance.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership and team management skills, including scheduling, performance management, and development.
Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and facility infrastructure.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize uptime and reduce costs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Demonstrated experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies
Advanced proficiency with enterprise-level CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
