How you will contribute
Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
Update trailer report and Team Board.
Complete problem resolution report—carrier claims, no ASNs, vendor discrepancies.
Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
High school diploma; some college is preferred.
Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
Data analysis.
