About The Role
Answers routine and non‑routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
Updates trailer report and Team Board.
Completes problem resolution reports – carrier claims, no ASN’s, vendor discrepancies.
Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
High school diploma; some college preferred.
Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
Data analysis.
