Position Summary As a Business Operations Analyst, you will drive research, analysis, and strategy implementation related to the performance of business and partnership operations. You will be directly accountable to ensure our customers have the best possible experience as well as build and maintain business partnerships. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team in collaborative work across departments to successfully implement digital business and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate can balance short-term immediate impact improvements with long-term strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Drive business growth through establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Uphold standards of the business operations role, including approach frameworks and scoping, problem-solving, building resiliency, communications and escalations, and general project management.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to drive bottom line results; anticipate and address bottlenecks, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensure quality meets expectations.
Be willing to run ad hoc projects that require comfort with operations and numbers to make appropriate decisions.
General Accountability
Understand, adhere to, and enforce all corporate policies.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
Experience Required
2+ years of proven related work experience
Skilled in project management; negotiating, problem-solving, influencing, and leading others
Experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or data analytics.
Strong analytical thinking demonstrated through excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge Required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptable to various styles, channels, and audiences.
Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
Adaptable and flexible to changing environment while comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills.
The ability to use standard collaborations tools such as Monday, MS Teams, and Zoom is required.
MS Office – intermediate user (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Any prior experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, or Tableau is highly desired.
Physical Requirements Sitting for long periods of time; standing occasionally; walking; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation; typing; data entry; grasping; transferring items between hands and/or to another person or receptacle; use of office equipment to include computers; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements of the position at any assigned location.
