Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Wealth Relationship Manager Associate to deliver high-level customer service to clients. The successful candidate will join an established wealth management and institutional advisory team in providing independent advice and customized service to clients. Assist in managing client, prospect, and COI communications to ensure consistent engagement and relationship growth Prepare materials and insights for meetings, including investment performance, market updates, and planning recommendations Participate in client and prospect meetings alongside senior advisors, contributing to discussions and follow-through Coordinate and execute client service tasks, projects, and action items, ensuring timely delivery and advisor readiness Gather and input financial data into planning software (WealthView/E-Money), interpret results, and collaborate with the planning team Implement portfolio changes and meeting outcomes in coordination with research and trading teams; maintain accurate records in CapConnect Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred Four-year college degree, preferably with an emphasis in Business, Finance or Accounting Desired Qualifications/Skills: CFP® or CFP® track preferred Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security-specific data with Senior Advisors and clients Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information to a financially sophisticated audience Enjoys direct and personal interactions with clients Prioritization and multi-tasking abilities to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute ideas that enhance client service and team effectiveness What to Expect
