Relationship Manager – CFP
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Relationship Manager – CFP for a top registered investment advisor in the Seacoast Region of NH. This onsite position requires a Certified Financial Planner with strong business development experience and a minimum of 8+ years of experience working with high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary financial planning advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Deliver comprehensive planning across estate, tax, retirement, education, insurance, and debt management.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless portfolio management and client service.
Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
Contribute to the firm’s growth by bringing an established client base and participating in business development.
Support the firm’s long-term vision and culture of excellence and integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; CFP® designation is mandatory.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
Proven ability to serve as the lead financial planner and trusted advisor.
Demonstrated success managing at least $20 million in assets under management.
Deep knowledge of estate, trust, tax, retirement, education, insurance, and debt planning.
Familiarity with portfolio management, asset allocation strategies, and macroeconomic trends is a plus.
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 + Bonus. Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm. Location: onsite in NH area.
Note: This role is onsite within the NH area and does not sponsor visas.
