This position requires an advisor fully licensed to provide both investment advisory and insurance-based planning services.

Position Overview The CFP® Financial Advisor will work closely with the Principal Financial Advisor to serve an existing book of business, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality planning and advice. This role requires strong technical expertise, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity. This is a relationship-driven role within a firm that values stability, tradition, and long-term client partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities Client Advisory & Planning
Lead and participate in client review meetings.
Develop comprehensive financial plans—including retirement income, investment strategies, tax-focused planning, insurance, and estate considerations.
Present recommendations in an organized, client-friendly manner.
Identify planning opportunities and proactively address client needs.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Provide timely responses, follow-up calls, and proactive outreach.
Serve as a trusted guide for retirees, first responders, business owners, and multi-generational families.
Investment Oversight
Assist with portfolio analysis, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
Apply fiduciary standards in all recommendations.
Support portfolio construction consistent with firm philosophy.
Internal Collaboration
Partner with tax, accounting, insurance, and technology advisory teams.
Coordinate case preparation and follow-up with the Principal Advisor.
Participate in internal meetings, case debriefs, and planning sessions.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records (Redtail).
Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
Uphold the highest level of fiduciary and ethical standards.
Qualifications Required
CFP® designation.
FINRA Series 65 license.
Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuities license.
3–5 years of financial planning experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
High degree of professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Schwab, Redtail, or Orion a plus.
Preferred
Experience working with CPAs or in a tax-integrated environment.
Knowledge of retirement distribution strategies.
Experience serving business owners or first responder families.
