who is passionate about client care and financial planning to join our growing team. This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring consistent communication, and supporting the delivery of tailored financial solutions. Position Overview: This

Advisor

plays a key role in maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients. You’ll work closely with Lead Advisors to implement financial plans, manage portfolios, and proactively address client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client service and wants to grow within a fee‑only fiduciary environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, providing high‑quality, proactive service and support. Participate in client review meetings to discuss performance, planning updates, and strategy adjustments. Assist with plan implementation, including account maintenance, trading, and portfolio rebalancing. Prepare and review financial planning deliverables (retirement projections, cash flow analysis, insurance summaries, etc.). Collaborate with Lead Advisors to ensure client goals are met and all service expectations are exceeded. Identify planning opportunities and communicate relevant insights or recommendations to the advisory team. Maintain detailed and compliant client records in the firm’s CRM and planning systems. Support firm‑wide initiatives related to client experience, compliance, and process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Financial Planning, Business, or related field required. Must have Series 65 or 66. CFP® certification

preferred (or currently pursuing). 2–5 years of experience in a financial planning or client service role within an RIA or wealth management environment. Strong understanding of investments, retirement planning, and general financial planning principles. Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Redtail, Orion, or Black Diamond). Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship management skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. Base salary starting at $50,000 and commensurate with experience.
