Overview We’re hiring a CFP on behalf of our client—a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm based in Northern Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and education planning.
Participate in client meetings and serve as a trusted point of contact for planning-related questions.
Analyze client financial data and develop recommendations aligned with client goals.
Support ongoing client service, reviews, and follow-up items.
Stay current on CFP® standards, financial planning best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
CFP® certification required (or in the process of obtaining).
2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning concepts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Redtail, or similar).
Ability to work effectively in a small, team-oriented firm environment.
