CAPTRUST seeks a dynamic
Institutional Financial Advisor Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
Provide an important client‑facing role delivering plan reviews and other presentations in partnership with the Senior Financial Advisor.
Be aware and informed of client needs and provide proactive service to clients.
Assist with practice management and serve as a liaison for the Senior Financial Advisor with internal departments to ensure client needs and projects are fulfilled.
Assist with marketing efforts to create future opportunities.
Provide educational meetings for clients as needed.
Maintain high levels of communication, professionalism, and a working team environment.
Continue financial education and stay abreast of industry trends and planning topics.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in client service/relationship management in the investment advisory, money management, or financial services industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications / Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate information to a technical audience, retirement plan and/or investment committees, and C‑suite executives.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational skills.
