Location: Remote (New England region: MA, CT, RI, ME, NH) | Salary:
$125,000 – $160,000
+ Uncapped Commissions + Bonus (1st yr OTE $145k – $210k)
Job Type: Full-Time | Typical Hours: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET | Travel: ~2 days/month for trade shows & client meetings

Overview Our client, in the Commercial Insurance Industry, is seeking an experienced Remote Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the New England region. This is a rare chance to take full ownership of a high-potential territory, build deep broker relationships, and lay the groundwork for a future regional office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, following up on marketing-qualified leads, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. With the backing of an established company and the autonomy to run your territory like your own business, you\'ll play a key role in shaping the company\'s regional expansion.
This position offers a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity to grow into a
Managing Producer
role and eventually build and lead a local team.
Responsibilities
Build and expand the New England territory for commercial lines business
Develop strong relationships with retail brokers in target industries
Prospect for new clients using your network and strategic outreach
Manage the full policy lifecycle from quoting to binding
Resolve policy binding issues promptly and effectively
Follow up on marketing-generated leads while sourcing your own
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Collaborate with leadership to establish and grow a future New England office
Mentor and help onboard future team members as the office develops
Qualifications
Property & Casualty Producer’s license required
4+ years of insurance experience required
