We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
