a 100 year old Brokerage, seeks a Commercial Lines Account Executive familiar with real estate and construction business to manage a book of large accounts with direct-support.
Responsibilities
Help retain a book by providing expertise, excellent service and relationship management skills
Remarket existing business and negotiate with underwriters.
Participate in new business marketing
Prepare applications, proposals and detailed excel spreadsheets.
Versie Certificates, id cards, audits, binders, etc.
Qualifications
Current NYS Property and Casualty license
Extensive underwriting/coverage knowledge
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills for dealing with clients and company underwriters
Ability to check policies, endorsements, audits and loss runs for completeness and accuracy
Ability to handle busy desk consisting of large accounts ($150,000 to $2,000,000 premium)
