Hours per Week 37.5 Months per Year 12 Purpose of Position Implement strategic fundraising initiatives for the Division of Athletics by soliciting philanthropic commitments, coordinating targeted appeals, supporting sport-specific crowdfunding campaigns, and leading all Go Norse Fund efforts in close collaboration with several key teams across Athletics and Advancement.
Primary Responsibilities Manage and implement strategic efforts to strengthen philanthropic support for the Division of Athletics, including soliciting annual gifts-typically ranging from $1,000 to $25,000-coordinating targeted appeals, and supporting sport-specific crowdfunding campaigns.
Coordinate and execute all Go Norse Fund initiatives, working closely with colleagues in annual giving, alumni communications, donor engagement, and athletics ticketing to increase donor participation, implement effective stewardship plans, and enhance alumni affinity to Norse athletics.
Document and maintain quality records in the donor database (Raiser's Edge NXT) adhering to all established reporting deadlines, utilizing university systems to record prospect and donor interactions, track proposals, and maintain prospect and donor contact information.
Manage special projects and development functions assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Development, including communication to external stakeholders and internal partners, donor and prospect events, sport-specific alumni events and receptions, and volunteer engagement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, including Teams, is required, and familiarity with Raiser's Edge is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
