SENIOR ANNUAL GIVING OFFICER ,
Alumni Association Annual Giving , to build membership in the Annual Giving Leadership Circle (AGLC). This position manages a regional portfolio of prospects capable of making annual commitments of $5,000 to $100,000 and plays a key role in expanding the base of donors giving $2,500 or more. The Senior Annual Giving Officer will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of 350+ prospects, conducting regular donor visits and qualifying individuals for major gift potential. The role includes partnering with colleagues across MIT to coordinate donor engagement, arranging prospect meetings and event participation, and ensuring timely documentation and follow‑up. This position requires the ability to convey the importance of unrestricted support and to advance MIT’s philanthropic priorities through strategic, relationship‑based fundraising.
