The Director of Family Engagement is uniquely positioned to understand how healthcare experiences impact family systems, emotional safety, and family coping.
When done well, a trusted, safe space for families is established and a strong foundation of advocacy is created. The Director of Family Engagement leads the programs and staff that facilitate, educate towards and support these efforts to ensure we can deliver on our Promise.
