Title: Director - US Carrier Account Sales Location: USA Remote Organizational Relationship Directly responsible to the VP of Strategic Vertical Markets

Job Description The Director of US Carrier Account Sales is responsible for developing and executing the U.S. sales strategy and driving revenue growth for NWS's product and services portfolio across all major wireless carrier accounts. This leader will define and implement business strategies focused on organic growth, new business capture, and achievement of annual sales and gross profit goals. The Director will lead a sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate with internal and external partners, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other groups, to enhance value for customers and overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive growth across multiple product and service verticals.

Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with NWS goals and carrier market priorities.

Recruit, develop, and hold team members accountable for achieving performance expectations and professional growth.

Customer Engagement & Business Development

Establish and sustain strong relationships with carrier customers, positioning NWS as a trusted partner delivering best-in-class solutions.

Identify and secure new business opportunities by delivering innovative, value-added solutions that differentiate NWS and displace competitors.

Develop a deep understanding of the NWS product portfolio and service capabilities to effectively communicate value to customers.

Revenue Growth & Account Management

Drive revenue growth in both existing and new carrier accounts, ensuring performance meets or exceeds targets for sales and profitability.

Lead disciplined account planning, pipeline development, and forecasting across all assigned carrier customers.

Ensure designated accounts consistently achieve or surpass established performance goals.

Services Growth & Solution Integration

Expand adoption of NWS's services portfolio within carrier accounts, including:

Strategic stocking, kitting, and logistics services supporting deployment readiness and operational efficiency.

Engineering and technical network design for wireless, fiber, DAS/public safety, and supporting infrastructure.

Site surveys and on-site services enabling accurate scoping, installation support, and field execution.

Commissioning and performance testing to validate system readiness, compliance, and optimal system operation.

Turnkey deployment support, providing end-to-end execution from design and procurement through installation and activation.

Collaborate closely with engineering, service delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional customer outcomes.

Promote services-led differentiation as a core value proposition in strategic discussions with carrier customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Provide timely market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to strengthen NWS's offerings and strategic initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales & Revenue Performance

Achievement of annual revenue, gross profit, and margin targets across U.S. carrier accounts.

Year-over-year growth across wireless infrastructure categories and services.

New account acquisition and expansion revenue contribution.

Pipeline & Forecasting Discipline

Forecast accuracy within defined thresholds.

Pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and opportunity aging metrics.

Consistent documentation of account plans and growth strategies.

Services Adoption & Growth

Services attachment rate for engineering, logistics, turnkey deployment, commissioning, and related offerings.

Services-related revenue growth as a share of total account bookings.

Customer Engagement & Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

Responsiveness, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution performance.

Team Leadership & Development

Sales team quota attainment levels.

Talent development, retention, and productivity metrics.

Compliance with CRM standards and sales process requirements.

Strategic Market Impact

Growth across key carrier programs, initiatives, and technology rollouts.

Competitive displacement wins and increased adoption of NWS integrated solutions.

Expansion into new regions, product categories, or carrier application areas.

Qualifications

10+ years of sales experience, with preferred experience selling directly to U.S. wireless carriers.

Strong familiarity with wireless infrastructure products including cable/connectivity solutions, DAS/public safety systems, and related materials.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.

Proven success leading teams and cultivating a culture of accountability and high achievement.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver customer-specific, value-based solutions.

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Work Experience

5+ years of successful supervisory or management experience with demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and attract talent.

Solid technical understanding of NWS's products and services with the ability to articulate capabilities internally and externally.

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills.

Experience guiding teams through evolving systems, processes, and operational requirements.

Proven commercial and contract negotiation expertise.

Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
