Product Sales Executive – Digital and Automation

The Product Sales Executive – Digital and Automation drives growth and adoption of Siemens Healthineers’ Digital Imaging, AI‑powered decision support, and patient engagement solutions across the Northern Lakes and Great Lakes territories. The role requires deep technical knowledge of healthcare IT, consultative sales expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Radiology, Cardiology and Pathology. Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives for Digital & Automation imaging IT solutions across assigned territory, accounts, and health network systems. Develop a deep domain knowledge of healthcare IT and imaging IT and maintain detailed understanding of clinical IT workflows for Radiology, Cardiology and Pathology. Provide consultative sales support to address customer needs through the sale and adoption of Diagnostic Imaging Digital and Automation solutions. Build and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders within the assigned territory. Create and cultivate a healthy pipeline of opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategic account plans. Maintain accurate sales projections and ensure transparency during forecast reviews. Educate internal colleagues on key market trends, customer needs and how the value proposition of our solutions can help. Leadership & People Excellence

Provide effective Customer Solutions and drive high Customer Satisfaction. Own deals, the sales process, sales tools, accountability and drive individual and team success. Act as a strategic, Clinical/Business Partner to the Zone and the Business Lines. Drive Customer focus within the organization and initiate or contribute to planning of Customer related product development measures. Support strategic key Customer business development when needed. Deliver win/loss reporting, trending, and solution development for future deals. Manage competitive conversions, install base, and CRM data to improve market strategies and effectiveness. Collaborate on Customer account strategy with Account Executives, Key Account Executives, RVPs, SCA Manager, Federal Account Managers and Service teams. Climb the Customer ladder to help drive customer satisfaction. Education and Experience

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiology/Imaging, IT, Health Informatics, Business, Marketing or related field, plus 5+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales environment. Preferred experience selling healthcare IT solutions into clinical/hospital environments. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and managing large quotas with long sales cycles. Skills

BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience in related discipline. 5+ years healthcare/Imaging IT sales experience to a hospital call point. Capacity to sell in complex environments and enterprise-level solutions. Experience with sales quotas, forecasting and reporting. Preferred Experience

Professional experience in a major Healthcare Imaging organization or Enterprise Imaging IT company, preferably in both sales and product management. Advanced understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation and performance management. Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller‑Heiman, etc. Remote / Office Based, Travel

Field-Based / Customer-Facing; Up to 50% travel; Preferred home base in Detroit, Minneapolis, Milwaukee or comparable large city. Pay & Benefits

Base pay range: $76,000–$104,500 annually. Annual incentive target: $90,000.
