No automotive experience? No problem. We provide
comprehensive in-house training , including online and in-store manufacturer programs, to set you up for long-term success.
We encourage candidates with backgrounds in
customer service, hospitality, retail sales, IT, and call centers

Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and create lifelong customers
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
Become knowledgeable on all vehicle models, features, technology, and optional packages
Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Learn and apply proven sales techniques, including overcoming objections
Communicate goals, activities, and results directly with the Sales Manager
Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day
Qualifications
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Valid and clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
