Primary Care NP - Hamilton/Warsaw

Blessing Health System Primary Care looks to add an additional Nurse Practitioner to our Hamilton Warsaw Primary Care Team.

Hours M-F / 8a-5p 
Occasional Saturday shifts

Board Certification is an expectation of all of our providers. 

Package Details: 

• Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000
• Sign-on Bonus.
• Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable.
• Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance, malpractice coverage with tail, 403(b) pension plan, and an employee childcare center.
