Client Care Coordinator

is the control manager focused on everything needed to support a top-performing real estate agent. This role is ideal for someone with interest in

CRM management, event planning, and marketing , who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a balance of working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Database Management

Manage and maintain the real estate agent’s CRM (kvCORE, BoldTrail, or similar).

Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.

Track and manage follow-ups, drip campaigns, and automated communication.

Generate reports on pipeline status, lead sources, and client engagement.

Marketing & Content Creation

Assist with the creation and execution of social media content (graphics, videos, and captions).

Develop and send email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and property promotions.

Coordinate with designers and vendors for branded marketing materials.

Maintain the agent’s online presence, including website updates and social media profiles.

Event Planning & Coordination

Plan and execute client appreciation events, networking events, and open houses.

Manage event logistics, including invitations, venue selection, and vendor coordination.

Track event attendance and engagement, gathering feedback for future improvements.

General Administrative Support

Assist with scheduling appointments, showings, and client meetings.

Organize files, documents, and transaction paperwork as needed.

Support additional tasks as required to enhance the agent’s productivity.

Strong follow-through , ensuring tasks and projects are completed efficiently.

 

Salary/Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
