As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dealerships pre-owned vehicle sales operations. This includes managing inventory, pricing strategies, customer engagement, and team performance. Youll play a key role in maximizing profitability, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership Drive pre-owned vehicle sales volume and profitability while ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Team Management Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.Inventory Management Monitor and adjust vehicle inventory levels, pricing and merchandising to align with market demand.Customer Experience Ensure an outstanding buying experience that fosters repeat business and customer referrals.Marketing & Promotions Develop and execute strategies for online and in-store marketing of pre-owned inventory.Process Improvement Continuously refine sales processes, lead follow-up procedures, and CRM utilization to enhance efficiency.Vendor Relations Work closely with wholesalers, auction houses, and trade-in appraisers to optimize inventory sourcing.Should You Apply?

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in automotive sales management, preferably in used vehicles.Leadership: Strong ability to mentor, train and lead a sales team to exceed goals.Sales & Negotiation: Strong understanding of vehicle pricing, financing and trade-in valuation.Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Colorados automotive market trends and competitive landscape.CRM & Digital Tools: Proficient in CRM systems, inventory management and pricing. DealerTrack, vAuto preferred.Customer Focus: Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining high CSI scores.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, sales trends, and financial reports to make strategic decisions.
