Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience
BMW experience, a plus!
Polished and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Ability to communicate technical terms to a non‑technical audience
Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customers
Ability to work well in a team environment
Outstanding attention to detail
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
