Who are we looking for?
Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience
BMW experience, a plus!
Polished and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills-both verbal and written
Ability to communicate technical terms to a non-technical audience
Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customersAbility to work well in a team environment
Outstanding attention to detail
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
