Job Summary As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers to promote products and achieve sales targets. You will use your communication skills to engage customers, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's Cricket product line and stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and preferences, effectively communicating how Cricket products can meet those requirements.
Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable products based on customer input, addressing customer concerns, providing additional information, and overcoming objections.
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order completion, and build customer relationships for potential future sales opportunities.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes; provide regular reports on sales performance and participation in morning huddles.
Qualifications
Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
Results‑oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or marketing is a bonus.
Training
Comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures will be provided.
Work Environment
Fast‑paced and dynamic phone sales environment with a focus on teamwork and individual performance.
