WE ARE HIRING: Loan Officer (Thogoto Center)
We are looking for a sharp, honest, and energetic Loan Officer to join our team. This position is based at our Thogoto Center, and we are open to all qualified candidates.

You will be operating from Thogoto Center and marketing our services in:

Gikambura
Kamangu
Zambezi

✅ What You Will Be Doing (Job Description) Field Marketing: Actively going out to look for clients and market our services in the listed areas.
Group Management: Managing and coordinating the groups that take up our services.
Client Support: Explaining how our services work and handling any client issues by reporting them to your supervisor.
Reporting: Giving regular updates and writing reports on the marketing goals you’ve achieved.
Requirements (Mandatory) Education: A Certificate or Diploma in any Business-related course.
Documents: Must have an updated CV, National ID, and a Passport Photo.
Maths: You should have good intermediate mathematical skills.
Soft Skills: You must be honest, patient, polite, and good at handling people.
Management: Ability to lead and manage groups of people effectively.
