1–5 years of recent loan origination or mortgage sales experience
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Active
NMLS license
(company-paid licensing for additional states available)
Proven record of meeting or exceeding production goals
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about success
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and experience with
Encompass LOS
