Responsibilities
Sell and cultivate a strong client base for premium supplemental insurance products, including cold calling, relationship building, and client engagement.
Master and execute the company’s B2B sales process.
After mastering the framework, train and mentor new team members.
Qualifications
Resolute, self‑assured, proactive with strong discipline and determination.
Proficient at handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks.
Committed to dedicating 40‑45 hours weekly to the role.
Demonstrated history of exemplary performance and enthusiasm for mentoring peers.
Thrives on sales challenges and is fully engaged in the field.
Passes a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
