APEX Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is looking for a Connectivity Expert to help customers with their cellular, broadband, and home entertainment needs.

Responsibilities
Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
Become a product and solutions expert and be able to help all customers with wireless service plans, wireless devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages.
Handling customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
Soliciting, coordinating, scheduling, and participating in community events.
Performing other duties as assigned by sales management.
Participating as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members.
Setting an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. (2‑year associate’s degree is preferred)
Experience in retail sales and customer service.
Strong communication skills.
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
Team player with a fantastic attitude and a will to win.
Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.
