Shift Schedule 10:00PM to 6:00AM
How you will make contributions that matter
Performs trailer inspections for all inbound and outbound orders, ensuring trailers are properly secured, temperature requirements are met, and food safety and quality regulations are followed.
Responsible for loading and unloading product using Radio Frequency scanners; ensures accuracy and completeness of paperwork and works closely with shift supervisor, quality control, and inventory control to address discrepancies.
Correctly receives product from incoming purchase orders or intra‑company stock transfers, ensuring correct case counts, codes, pallet counts, and condition, and records damages resulting from transit.
Responsible for the overall quality of outbound shipments, correct weight distribution within trailers, accuracy and compliance.
Put‑away received product into storage location, replenish pick locations, and perform full pallet picking for customer orders.
Completes daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspection, ensuring safe operation and reports concerns to maintenance personnel or shift supervisor.
Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices, Saputo's food safety, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
Promptly reports all potential quality, food safety, and workplace safety hazards to the management team.
Attends and participates in all required training, shift meetings, and committees.

Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Can work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Have basic math knowledge.
Have a demonstrated work history.
Are able to work confidently in a fast‑paced environment.
Are able to meet physical demands required for the position (stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb; lift up to 50 pounds).
Able to work in cold environments and around moving equipment; good visuality with ability to distinguish colors.
Able to operate material handling equipment.
Position Abilities and Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a warehouse environment that includes noise, cold temperatures, standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, and maneuvering around material handling equipment.
Physical lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted continuously throughout the shift.
Wearing personal protective equipment and following all established procedures.
Good visual acuity with the ability to distinguish colors.
Fine manipulation and hand dexterity, including ability to grip and squeeze; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to work overtime on a daily and/or weekly basis.

Pay $26.34 an hour (Plus $2.00 and hour shift differential for hours worked between 6PM and 6AM.)
