Training & Development
Responsibilities
Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly and monthly
Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
Maintain a positive, fun and professional salon environment for employees and clients
Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Open and close the business
Handle daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when needed
Attend off‑site sales and job training sessions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours per day)
Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Compensation
Starting pay $21 per hour
Up to $25 per hour after quarterly reviews
$800+ monthly bonuses based on store performance
