We’re looking for a

hunter-minded Business Development & Sales Engineer

to drive growth for PCI while also marketing and selling across the full Corterra platform. You’ll generate new business, expand into new markets, and represent Corterra as a trusted partner for control panel and wire harness solutions. What You’ll Do

Prospect and close new business for PCI and Corterra’s platform companies. Build a strong pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets. Present technical solutions and proposals to engineers, managers, and executives. Represent Corterra at trade shows, networking events, and customer visits. Cross-sell solutions across PCI and Qualtronics. What We’re Looking For

3+ years of business development or sales experience in manufacturing, automation, or controls. Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts. Technical aptitude in control panels, automation, or wire harness solutions. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and aligned with our values-driven culture. What We Offer
