Position:
Business Development Representative
at
CRH . Location: This is a remote role where the candidate must live in North Carolina or South Carolina. Job Responsibilities
Improve and lead the assigned territory to increase sales at Retail lumber yards and assist with PK’S and special order of MoistureShield throughout the territory. Lead and coordinate sales functions. Coordinate and conduct training on products for store personnel. Represent MoistureShield and attend trade shows to promote the product. Investigate and, if applicable, resolve customer claims to reinforce the relationship between customer and local store. Coordinate liaison between the sales department and other sales-related units. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition. Pull-through sales to builders, architects and homeowners. Job Requirements
Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time, with up to 25% overnight travel. Associate’s degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience/education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Excellent customer service-oriented skills and attention to detail. Computer literate, especially MS Office suite and e-mail. Valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance. English/Spanish bilingual literacy preferred (verbal and written). Install experience in block/brick industry recommended (preferred). Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience (preferred). Able to operate a vehicle for long periods; able to sit and stand for long periods; lifting up to 50 pounds. What CRH Offers You
