The position will work closely with the Regional Sales Director and implement processes to develop more business in the traditional 2-step distribution channel./ph3Job Location/h3pThis is a remote position where the candidate must live in Minneapolis, MN./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliImproving and leading the assigned territory to increase sales at retail lumber yards and assist with PKS and special order of MoistureShield throughout the territory/liliLeading and coordinating sales functions/liliCoordinating and conducting training on our products for store personnel/liliRepresents MoistureShield and attends trade home shows to promote our product/liliInvestigating and, if applicable, resolving customer claims to reinforce relationship between customer and local store/liliCoordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units/liliPrepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion/liliMonitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition/liliResponsible for pull through sales to builders, architects and homeowners/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliBachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5+ years related experience in Sales/liliExperience in the building material space is a plus/liliValid Drivers License with clean driving record/liliExcellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills/liliProficient in Microsoft Office/liliTravel up to 50% with some overnight travel/li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliBase pay is $70,000 - $90,000/liliMonthly commissions/lili401(k) / retirement savings program/liliShort- term and long-term disability benefits/liliLife insurance/liliHealth, Dental.
