This will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, creating new business, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships./ph3Job Location/h3pThis is a remote sales role. You must be based in the Sarasota, FL market./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliResponsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue/liliResponsible for identifying and prospecting for new customers/liliWork closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies/liliAnalyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in market/liliPrepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings/liliDeliver collateral, samples and other sales support materials to customers that will effectively grow revenue/liliMaintain and update displays/showrooms for customers/liliUtilize CRM platform to track customer growth and opportunities/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education/lili5+ years related experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory/liliExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written/liliHigh sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities/liliMust be proficient using Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and Excel/liliMust be able to lift and carry concrete samples/liliWhile performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently sit and stand for extended periods of time/liliAbility to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard/liliMust wear company provided personal protective equipment (earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes, and protective glasses as required at jobsite)/liliPreferred experience using Customer Relationship Platform, Salesforce/liliPreferred experience within the construction, building materials or related industry/liliValid drivers license/li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliBase salary is $25,000
