Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support our enterprise sales leadership team. This individual will be a key strategic partner to senior sales executives — ensuring operational excellence, seamless communication, and efficient execution across sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting executives in
high-growth B2B technology or enterprise sales environments
and thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, coordinate global meetings, and prioritize shifting demands across multiple time zones.
Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of sales leadership.
Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, expense reports, and approvals.
Proactively anticipate executive needs and resolve issues before they arise.
Sales Operations & Coordination
Partner with Sales Ops to track enterprise pipeline, key account activities, and deal milestones.
Help prepare executive‑level briefings, QBR decks, and board‑ready sales summaries.
Coordinate cross‑functional communication between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting cadence by assisting with data validation and follow‑up actions.
Support event logistics for major sales initiatives (kickoffs, partner summits, customer conferences, etc.).
Administrative & Project Management
Manage internal meeting rhythms (1:1s, forecast calls, team syncs, meeting minutes) and follow‑through on action items.
Support hiring, onboarding, and team‑building activities for enterprise sales personnel.
Track and report key deadlines, renewals, and account planning deliverables.
Develop and refine administrative processes to improve productivity and executive efficiency.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
supporting VP- or C‑level executives, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or tech sales organizations.
Demonstrated understanding of
sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred),
and pipeline management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
(Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc.).
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, operate independently, and exercise sound judgment.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive presence.
Preferred Attributes
Experience coordinating across
global or distributed teams .
Comfortable interfacing with enterprise customers and channel partners.
Highly detail‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow‑through.
