Scope of Work Respectfully perform all aspects of tasks associated with inside sales of products and services that meet the requirements of WPI customers.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Fulfills all functions and duties of Parts Person I, II, III and IV.

Supervise overall daily operations of parts department.

Supervise training of Parts Person I, II, III and IV.

Reports problems or concerns to parts manager.

Assist Parts Manager with issues regarding all branch locations.

Review and resolve inventory shortage issues.

Makes decisions as needed in parts manager's absence.

Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have 6 year(s) previous experience.

Must High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mechanical background or knowledge.

Must have supervisory and leadership qualities.

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's)

Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives.

Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company.

Must conform to policies and procedures set forth by the company.

Must have a current driver's license and acceptable driving record per WPI insurance company standards. (Only if job requires)

Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows based environment.

Physical and Other Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be able to bend and twist several times a day.

Must be able to bend and twist several times a day.

Must have the ability to work flexible hours and days.

Must be dependable and work independent.

Must maintain good client relations.

Must maintain a professional appearance.

Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.

Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (i.e. fax, printer, copier, etc.).

Must have the ability to effectively operate forklift.

Must protect the company assets and interests.

Working Conditions

Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Weekend hours as necessary.

Office indoor work, some outdoor work may be required.
