Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Account Executive to help lead our next stage of growth. This is a full cycle role where you will own revenue and run your book like it is your own business, from first conversation through close.
You will work with self storage owners, operators, brokers, developers, and vendors who understand the stakes behind their decisions. Our sales cycles are short, typically 7 to 14 days. Expectations are high, autonomy is real, and support from leadership is close by.

What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle across inbound, warm, and outbound opportunities
Run 10 to 20 plus demos per week with qualified self storage and CRE professionals
Lead discovery first, question driven conversations grounded in real underwriting and operating use cases
Deliver clear, practical product demos that connect directly to customer pain points
Send quotes and proposals within 24 hours of demos to keep momentum strong
Manage a short SMB style sales cycle with urgency and professionalism
Proactively prospect high value owners, operators, brokers, and developers
Maintain clean HubSpot hygiene with notes, tasks, and follow ups
Support conference and trade show lead follow ups before, during, and after events
Collaborate closely with leadership on messaging, demos, and process improvements
Speed and genuine curiosity matter here. Fast follow up is a sign of respect, and momentum wins deals.
What We’re Looking For
5 plus years of B2B sales experience with direct Commercial Real Estate experience required
Self storage industry experience strongly preferred
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Strong discovery and demo skills with a consultative, customer first mindset
Comfort selling data, SaaS, PropTech, or investment driven products
Ability to manage high volume deal flow while maintaining quality and care
Organized, self directed, and comfortable owning outcomes
Experience with or interest in mastering sales methodologies
Familiarity with HubSpot and modern sales tooling
Nice to Have
Existing relationships within the self storage or broader CRE ecosystem
Background in CRE tech, data platforms, or PropTech
