Job Overview Lead direct sales efforts in your designated territory. Engage with small and medium‑sized businesses, promoting supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees. Conduct product presentations to groups of up to 100+. The role focuses on driving outreach and making a difference.
Responsibilities
Balance active sales activities with setting and meeting sales goals.
Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
Demonstrate strong sales skills combined with leadership experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff.
Leadership and mentorship skills.
Strategic planning and effective sales strategy knowledge.
Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.
Ability to train others effectively.
Product knowledge in supplemental insurance.
Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain, study course provided, state licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience. Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant experience may be considered.
