Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Louisville, KY, for a Residential Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, delivering compelling sales presentations, and cultivating customer relationships. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, offering tailored security solutions, and working proactively to achieve and exceed sales goals in the residential security sector.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales and delivering effective Sales Presentations to potential clients
Experience in New Business Development and the ability to identify and cultivate leads
Strong Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
Familiarity with Residential Real Estate and its impact on security solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
Motivated self-starter with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the security or residential services industry, is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
